After talking with us at Management Training Institute, they weighed possible solutions to their challenges. Because our management and leadership programs are all customizable, they quickly discovered that we could address all of their people-management concerns. Together, we developed a three day experiential training event that included two days of management-leadership topics and a third day of presentation training.
