With over 20 years of experience in training, organizational change, and management, Suzanne Guthrie brings an enthusiasm and passion to her work that is well received by diverse client groups. Suzanne’s unique perspective comes from her varied experience working in both the corporate and public sectors. She has worked in marketing, management and media relations over the course of her career. Suzanne loves working with people and uses her coaching skills to draw out individual strengths. Her rich approach to facilitation centres on helping professionals develop new competencies and confidence that translate into enhanced performance in the workplace. Credentials

Suzanne’s formal education includes a master’s degree from The University of Toronto with a focus on organizational administration. She is a graduate of the innovative Coaches Training Institute and has studied at the post-graduate level through Harvard’s Mind Body Institute. She holds a diploma in Advanced Communications and is also accredited to train in the area of emotional intelligence. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation, the National Speakers Association, and the American Society of Training & Development.
